Board of Directors

Deb Natale, Executive Director, co-founded this amazing school in February 2013. She had a full -time
job outside the school for the first 5 years while maintaining the school enrollment, hiring of staff and
working with families to get scholarships and therapies for their children. She is passionate about the
school, the children, the families, the staff and looks forward to growing the school and continuing the
education for children with all diagnoses and getting the community involved in working with the school
for fundraising activities.

Jim Stine – Treasurer – Board of Directors – Jim sits on our BOD as our Treasurer and brings not only his financial wizardry but also a passion to get the school to the next level. Jim volunteers for fundraising, donates to the school and helps out wherever he can.

Rob Pini, MSM – Member Director – Rob has a Masters of Science in Management with an IT Management cencetration from Colorado Technical University and currently works as a Lead Support Programmer for a leading hospital software integration company. His extensive IT background brings a wealth of technical knowledge and assistance to New Leaps Academy.
